MoHoJo, Finally The Monster Eats HotJobs Alive!
Monster Kills HotJobs - Finally!
In a world where its become incredibly difficult to differentiate, where companies copy ideas over night, and where the entire HR market is more saturated than the fashion industry, one has to applaud the wonderful move by monster to eliminate a job board, one which was completely out of wack, and completely useless. Hotjobs will become Monster, and with the power resume search and upgraded technology for users, job boards (if they play the right game) might even stand a chance at long-term survival. A better integration into a portal like yahoo, will not only achieve greater SEO balance, but also eliminate HR's quest to balance their recruitment dollars on boards, which for the most part, were quite identical. In this situation, I have to applaud Monster for a job well done. I hope that the customer service component, and unclear business done historically by hotjobs also goes away. At least I know that with Monster, a hand-shake is good enough. Have a nice day HotJobs.

Milch und Zucker Journey
Kicking off this blog with some comments about my experience with the Milch und Zucker Journey.
Had a wonderful time discussing social media with HR Professionals from all over Europe.
It comes down to the fact that:
- Social Media is no longer a nice to have
- You have to start somewhere
- What works for company A will not necessarily work for company B
Here is small interview with me:
